Privacy Policy

Information you provide. If you contact us using the details on the Site — for example by email — we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It is a privacy-focused analytics service: it does not use cookies, and visitors are identified only by an anonymized hash that resets daily and cannot be used to track you across other websites or over time. The information we see is aggregate only — such as page views, visitor counts, referrers, country, browser, and device type — and does not identify you individually.

Log data. Our website hosting provider collects standard server logs, such as IP address and request data, for security and operational purposes.

Embedded maps. The Site includes an embedded Google Map (for example, to show our location). The map is loaded from Google, and when it loads, Google may collect information about your visit — such as your IP address — and may set cookies in your browser. That information is handled under Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control what Google collects through the embedded map.

Cookies. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies ourselves. Third-party content embedded on the Site, such as the Google Map, may set its own cookies as described above.

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that operate the Site on our behalf — including our website developer and hosting provider (AB DEV TEAM LLC and Vercel Inc.), Google LLC (embedded maps), and our email provider — and as required by law. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

We keep messages sent through the Site for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records.

You may contact us at howardamster@hotmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through the Site. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. The Site does not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
